• Description ： Shanghai International Race Circuit is the only one class A race track certified by FIA in China and is also one of the top-grade rack tracks in the world. Shanghai International Race Track is designed by Hermann Tilke, a famous German race track designer. Single lap length of the main race track (F1 race track) is 5.451km. Shanghai International Race Circuit is also called "上 race track" because it is not only located at Shanghai, but also is named for the shape of the whole race track. Overlooking from the sky, the race track presents the shape of flying Chinese character of "上", this is local factor specially added by Hermann Tilke for the circuit.
