Description : Shanghai Textiles Museum is at the former site of Shenxin Textile Mill No.9 with 130 years of history. Three floors of the building are exhibition halls, which present the historical changes in textiles in Shanghai. It consists of the Lobby, Hall of History, Hall of Essence, Hall of Knowledge, Thematic Hall. The museum also displays bone needles that appeared in the late paleolithic age, the well during the Majiabang culture that reflects the living conditions of ancient Shanghai people 6,000 years ago, Han costume and Hu costume on the Silk Road during the West Han Dynasty.
