Description ： Shanghai Wood Culture Museum's total floor space is over 13,000㎡, consisting of six parts, i.e. Wood Civilization Gallery, Rosewood Popular Science Base, Ancient Wood Culture Gallery, Taiwan Cypress Museum, Gallery of National Craft and Art Masters, Gallery of Ancient Phoebe Zhennan Works. There are also public facilities and areas, such as the Convention and Exhibition Center, Experiencing Area, Gift Shop, Café, etc. It is a Municipal Thematic Popular Science Center in Shanghai, Shanghai Consumers Council's Rosewood Consumer Education Base, and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration's Wood Specimen Demonstration Base. The museum is committed to famous wood science popularization, wood carving art, furniture and architecture, cultural dissemination, etc. It organically integrates the native famous wood culture with the wood carving craft, to advocate the values of respecting wood, loving wood, making the best use of wood and sustainable development.
