VIP service
The VIP Lounge was fully completed in May 2016 and put into trial operation. The VIP passengers departing from Wusongkou International Cruise Port will be able to experience the five-star ground service.
This VIP service center specially hires professional indoor designers to design and build. In the overall architectural design and indoor design style，the Shanghai style is adopted，and we strive to present a low-key luxury that will make passengers feel comfortable and elegant. The entire VIP room consists of a hall and four separate private rooms. There is a sofa soft seat and a self-service coffee machine in the private room. Each private room can accommodate 8-10 guests. At the same time，there is a soft seat in the hall，solid wood tabletop，where visitors can taste all the imported Italian ground coffee，professional pastry chefs to make all kinds of exquisite refreshments and various kinds of drinks. There are 4 private rooms in the whole VIP room，together with no more than 100 seats in the hall，aiming to provide passengers with high-end，comfortable and exquisite service experience.
Service content：including refreshment drinks，private room breaks，a complete set of services before entering the customs（baggage check，Check In，special car to enter the terminal VIP channel access），and can be targeted for the major shipping companies VIP class passengers.
Extended service：As a supporting VIP service room under the cruise port company，it also engages in various foreign affairs receptions，crew services，various salons，ticketing agents，and high-end boutique hotel reservations for cruise port.
