During Sept. 13-Oct. 6, the 1st Shanghai Gourmet Festival directed, planned and organized by Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 30th anniversary of Shanghai Tourism Festival will be presented as an important part of Shanghai Tourism Festival. For the purpose of displaying the image of “Great Shanghai”, a series of interactive food tastings full of Shanghai’s distinctive cultural and tourism elements will be organized, to inject vitality and fun into the food culture, so that the citizens and tourists can fully feel the charm of Shanghai’s food culture.
